ESD 4 - ESD in QM systems

SEMINAR GOALS

The participants learn how to integrate ESD measures into the QM systems. Interrelationships and requirements from the Product Liability Act, German Civil Code, DIN EN ISO 9001 / IEC DIN EN 61340-x-y are dealt with in detail and possible solutions are worked out. In a final performance review, graduates demonstrate the knowledge they have acquired, which is confirmed by the ESD in QM systems certificate.

TARGET GROUP

Persons who are employed or designated as ESD coordinators or QM officers within the company, or persons who wish to update or complete their knowledge. Advanced seminar for employees who wish to qualify as specialists through the advanced seminars. This includes specialists and managers from the areas of production, quality assurance and purchasing, as well as manufacturers and suppliers of ESD protection components.

• Statutory product liability BGB, contractual product liability ProdHaftG
• Integration of ESD protection in the QM system
• Management responsibility, human resources, working environment, awareness and training, monitoring and measuring equipment
• Exemplary creation of an ESD control program plan (quality assurance process instruction) - practical exercise -
• Practice-oriented creation of an ESD control program plan using an exercise version with chapter headings.
• Performance review and evaluation meeting

TESTING

Final examination with a multiple-choice test followed by an evaluation interview
